Summary:

Cosma provides a comprehensive range of body, chassis and engineering solutions to global customers. Through robust product engineering, tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we bring lightweight and innovative products to market.

• C Shift Schedule is:
  • Sunday/Monday 5:15pm-5:15am
  • Friday/Saturday 5:15am-5:15pm
• Overtime often required
• Organize and stock all material requirements for production operations utilizing First In/First Out
• Ensure compliance with SWI for delivery routes
• Construct boxes for parts
• Check all full, acceptable boxes for proper bar code labels
• Load part to the next stock location and ensure inventory accuracy in CMS
• Count and label unused parts and return to the stock area
• Inspect/Accept parts per work instruction/process book/procedures to ensure correct quantity, quality and racking
• Recommend proposals for improving production, processes, systems productivity, and work environment
• Aware of Safety, Health & Environmental policies
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Know and understand LMV Automotive Systems Quality Policy
• Follows and supports LMV Automotive Systems and Magna’s operating principles, including:
• Magna Employee Charter – operating under its principles by treating all associates equally, fairly with dignity and respect
• Open Door Policy – solves issues with two-way, open and friendly communication
• 5S – maintain and promote good housekeeping

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to work well with others and build positive relationships
