Summary:

- C Shift Schedule is:
- Sunday/Monday 5:15pm-5:15am
- Friday/Saturday 5:15am-5:15pm
- Overtime often required
- Organize and stock all material requirements for production operations utilizing First In/First Out
- Ensure compliance with SWI for delivery routes
- Construct boxes for parts
- Check all full, acceptable boxes for proper bar code labels
- Load part to the next stock location and ensure inventory accuracy in CMS
- Count and label unused parts and return to the stock area
- Inspect/Accept parts per work instruction/process book/procedures to ensure correct quantity, quality and racking
- Recommend proposals for improving production, processes, systems productivity, and work environment
- Aware of Safety, Health & Environmental policies
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Know and understand LMV Automotive Systems Quality Policy
- Follows and supports LMV Automotive Systems and Magna’s operating principles, including:
- Magna Employee Charter – operating under its principles by treating all associates equally, fairly with dignity and respect
- Open Door Policy – solves issues with two-way, open and friendly communication
- 5S – maintain and promote good housekeeping
- Safety First – obey plant safety rules and wear PPE; promote zero injuries

Education And/or Experience- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work well with others and build positive relationships
- Ability to meet production requirements
- Ability to comprehend written instructions
- Continuous walking or standing
- Lift 50 lbs
- Repetitive motion
- Normal factory environment
