Job Overview

Join Our Team as a High Speed Operator – 1st Shift in Liberty, MO. This is a full‑time position that requires a mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting in a fast‑paced environment.

• Fulfill custom greeting card orders with precision and efficiency.
• Set up and operate high‑speed printing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to keep production running smoothly.
• Maintain high‑quality standards while meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work atmosphere.
• Work across both High Speed and Order Assembly production areas.

• First‑shift position: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
• During peak season, shifts may extend to 10‑hour (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) or 12‑hour (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) shifts.
• Overtime and weekends are required.

• Work in our Liberty Distribution Center in a climate‑controlled facility.

• At least 18 years old.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience with troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends with short notice.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Experience leading projects.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Works constructively as part of a diverse team.
