Summary: Responsible for the delivery of professional nursing services that address the physical, psycho‑social, spiritual, cultural, developmental, and age‑appropriate needs of each patient and family. Accountable for the care of patients within an assigned unit and coordinates care planning with other disciplines. May serve on the Advanced Care and Evaluation (ACE) Team as determined by department leadership.

As a member of the clinical care team, you will collaborate with the Nurse Manager to identify career development opportunities, including quality initiatives, committee participation, and training to charge or precept.

Required Education/Training: Graduate of a school of nursing

Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Registered Nurse license with eligibility to work in Missouri; BLS; ACLS (within 6 months of hire)

Preferred Education/Training: BSN; graduate from an accredited nursing program

Preferred Experience: Minimum six (6) months recent critical care experience

Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: Critical Care (CCRN), ACLS, TNCC, CEN, PALS
