As an LPN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act and will be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during your assigned shift;

this includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

• Active, in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Preferred prior experience as an LPN in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
