Minimum 1 year Telemetry RN experience Active RN License BLS & ACLS required Additional Details:
Floating to other Tele units as needed New graduates not accepted Orientation:
Days 1–2: TUKHS 2-day orientation Days 3–5:
Liberty orientation Credentialing due by Tuesday before start date (by noon) Nicotine-free facility Bi-weekly pay 8 hours non-billable orientation Client may cancel 1 shift per pay period with minimum 2-hour notice Submission Requirements: KU Submittal Form Submit via portal and email with full submission packet
