General Utility / Dishwasher — maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware, utensils; keep everything clean, sanitary, and orderly; assist in food preparation and be cross‑trained in all kitchen departments.

• Scrape and pre‑rinse food from dirty dishes, placing them in the dishwashing machine (50% of time).
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand or machine (15%).
• Complete assigned prep work (10%).
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster area (10%).
• Wash work area tables, walls, refrigerator equipment, cooking equipment, and floors (5%).
• Clean garbage cans and trash receptacles (5%).
• Assemble, maintain, and break down the dish machine (5%).

• Desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• Positive attitude.
• Transport up to 50 pounds up to 20 times per day.
• Ability to place plates, utensils, pans, and cases on high and low shelves.
• Workindoors (90%) and outdoors (10%).
• Work frequently in a hot and damp environment.
• Able to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent danger to self and others.

Regularly navigate throughout the restaurant and communicate with guests; move and grasp items up to five pounds; occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds; bend and stoop; adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate a touchscreen. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.
