Non-DOT Van Drivers (No CDL Required)

Paragon Logistics LLC, a trusted Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is hiring on our XL delivery team in Liberty, MO. You will deliver heavy and bulky items (up to 85 lbs) to customers' homes while working with a supportive, safety-focused crew.

• Hourly Rate: $22.75/hr
• Overtime Rate: $34.13/hr (after 40 hrs/week)
• Estimated Annual Pay: $47,320+/year (based on 40 hrs/week × 52 wks, plus OT potential)
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 4% of earnings ($1,892/year) redeemable anytime in ADP as cash

• Safely operate company cargo vans while following all traffic and safety laws
• Deliver heavy & bulky items (up to 85 lbs, always team-lift when needed) to customer homes
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely, damage‑free deliveries
• Use handheld devices for navigation, routing, and delivery management
• Support teammates with rescues or additional deliveries as required

• Age & License: 21+ with a valid U.S. drivers license (Class A/C/E/F, no CDL needed)
• Physical Ability: Able to lift and move heavy packages with a partner
• Driving Record: Clean and responsible driving history
• Communication: Basic English proficiency for teamwork and customer interaction
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• DOT Medical Card: Preferred (can be obtained before starting)
• Pre-employment Drug Test: Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Our van drivers are the heartbeat of Paragon’s XL team. You will work independently on the road but always have the backing of a strong dispatch and operations crew. We value professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.

You’ll start your day at the Amazon station, load your cargo van, and deliver XL items like TVs, furniture, or household goods. You’ll use handheld technology for navigation, scanning, and customer updates. Every route is local, so you’ll be home each night.

Van drivers often step into Box Truck Driver roles or move up to Lead Driver positions. We provide training and a clear path to more responsibility and higher pay.
