Starting Pay: $20.70/hr + $2.00/hr C-Shift Premium | C Shift | Benefits Available Day One

Schedule:

Friday-Saturday: 5:15 AM - 3:45 PMSunday-Monday: 5:15 PM - 3:45 AMSome overtime may be required

Location:

Liberty, MOMagna is seeking a Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining both plant and office areas while supporting facility safety and housekeeping standards.

What You'll DoClean and maintain production areas, offices, break areas, and restrooms

Sweep, mop, disinfect, and sanitize work areas

Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility

Operate a floor scrubber daily

Clean plant equipment as needed

Restock restroom and cleaning supplies

Respond to spills and other workplace hazards using the appropriate cleaning equipment

Properly handle and dispose of contaminated waste according to established safety procedures

Maintain janitorial supplies and equipment in clean, working condition

Follow required PPE, safety, housekeeping, and environmental procedures

Qualifications

No previous janitorial experience required

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple tasks

Ability to operate a floor scrubber or willingness to learn

Ability to understand and follow written instructions

Ability to work effectively with others

Dependable and able to maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility

Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 55 pounds

Ability to bend, lift, and kneel

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods

Ability to work in a general factory and office environment

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed
