Pay $16.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Work location In person

Prepare nutritious breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks following our approved menu.

Follow CACFP and Texas childcare nutrition guidelines

Prepare meals for children with allergies and special dietary needs

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen

Receive deliveries and manage food inventory

Rotate inventory using proper food storage procedures

Complete food temperature logs and required documentation

Minimize food waste through careful planning and organization

Work closely with the director and teaching staff to provide exceptional meal service

Help create a positive dining experience for children every day

• Enjoys being around children and understands the importance of nutrition

Experience in childcare, schools, restaurants, hospitals, senior living communities, or commercial kitchens is welcome. Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one) is preferred.
