Base pay range: $18.00/hr – $25.00/hr

This part‑time Ministry Operations Coordinator supports the mission and ministry of Holy Cross by providing comprehensive亿 administrative, communication, and logistical support to ensure that all aspects of worship, programming, and congregational life run smoothly. The role serves as a key connection point between staff, volunteers, and members of the congregation, fostering a welcoming and organized environment that reflects the church’s values.

Qualifications
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• Warm, professional presence with strong hospitality skills.
• Prior experience with Sunday services and seasons desired.
