This position will be located out of the Libertyville, Illinois Inmar facility.

• Extract, validate, and analyze large and complex datasets.
• Build dashboards, metrics, and ad‑hoc reports.
• Identify data anomalies or operational gaps indicating compliance risk.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations for improvement.

• Conduct and support investigations related to discrepancies, incidents, and compliance concerns.
• Perform root‑cause analysis using evidence, system data, and documentation.
• Prepare investigative findings and communicate outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Track corrective and preventive actions to completion, ensuring effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Healthcare, Criminal Justice, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in compliance, investigations, analytics, audit, or regulatory affairs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Drive).
• Experience with BI / data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and simplify complex datasets.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities.

• Experience in regulated healthcare, pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or life‑sciences industries.
• Experience responding to regulatory inspections and audits.
• Background in compliance monitoring, investigations, or audit frameworks.
