We are seeking a dedicated Evening Cosmetology Instructor to join our team. This role involves teaching aspiring beauty professionals in the evening hours, focusing on essential cosmetology techniques and providing hands-on training. You will play an integral part in shaping the future careers of our students.

• Conduct evening classes, delivering high-quality instruction in hairstyling, skincare, nail care, and makeup artistry
• Facilitate practical hands-on sessions, ensuring students practice and master techniques
• Assess student performance, providing constructive feedback and support for skill development
• Create and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices to enhance course content
• Participate in program development and faculty meetings to improve educational offerings
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards in the classroom and salon areas

• Valid Illinois Cosmetology Instructor License
• Experience in the cosmetology industry is required
• Prior teaching or training experience is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for teaching and helping students thrive
• Availability to teach evening classes and flexibility with scheduling
• Monday through Friday 5:00-10:00pm CST

Salary:
The expected salary range for this position is between $19.00 and $23.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on factors permitted by law, including experience, training, location, licensure, certifications, market factors, and responsibility.
