Position: Physical Therapist – Pediatrics

Location: Libertyville, IL

Schedule: Full Time, 5 days a week

Compensation: $71,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience

Incentives: $10,000 Bonus and/or Student Debt Benefit Program

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a pediatric Physical Therapist to join our fun, collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team! We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses such as developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, torticollis, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with diverse diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to help patients reach goals and learn new skills.
  • Participate in internal and external continuing education and collaborate across our 12 centers in the Chicagoland area.
  • Offer mentorship and orientation programs to new graduates.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
  • Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
  • CPR certification.

    Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs and complete patient care responsibilities and documentation requirements.

    Participate in design and implementation of new programs or procedures with approval of manager and physicians per HIPAA guidelines.
