Physical Therapist – Pediatrics – $10,000 Bonus
Position: Physical Therapist – Pediatrics
Location: Libertyville, IL
Schedule: Full Time, 5 days a week
Compensation: $71,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience
Incentives: $10,000 Bonus and/or Student Debt Benefit Program
RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a pediatric Physical Therapist to join our fun, collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team! We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses such as developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, torticollis, and more.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with diverse diagnoses.
- Collaborate with other professionals to help patients reach goals and learn new skills.
- Participate in internal and external continuing education and collaborate across our 12 centers in the Chicagoland area.
- Offer mentorship and orientation programs to new graduates.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.

- High Standard of Care:
Adhere to state Practice Act and laws governing PT practice and supervision. - Collaborative Approach:
Develop objective patient goals and establish type, frequency, duration of occupational therapy in collaboration with the referring physician. - Leadership:
Supervise and delegate physical therapy care for each patient within guidelines of state rules and federal regulations. - Personalized Treatment:
Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs and complete patient care responsibilities and documentation requirements. - Innovative Opportunities:
Participate in design and implementation of new programs or procedures with approval of manager and physicians per HIPAA guidelines. - Best Practices:
Stay current with PT research and employ Evidence‑Based Practice.
