Wage: $17.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm

• Locate, pick and organize specific parts and materials based on work orders or picking lists
• Assemble components into complete kits for production or shipment
• Perform in-process and final inspections on kits, parts and products
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and quality per specifications
• Visually inspect components for physical damage, proper labeling and dimensional accuracy
• Ensure all assemblies meet defined standards before release
• Accurately record inspection results and maintain required documentation
• Identify and report non-conformances, and complete relevant test reports or paperwork
• Move components and finished kits to and from designated areas safely and efficiently
• Use proper handling techniques and equipment as required
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols and company policies
• Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and governmental regulations
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and free from safety hazards
• Participate in 5S or other lean manufacturing practices as needed

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Manual dexterity
• Familiarity with tools like calipers, micrometers, or gauges preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with inventory systems, inspection software or digital records
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings and quality specifications
• Ability to stand, bend and lift materials during shift (may include lifting up to 50lbs)
