The company focuses on specialty engineering thermoplastics and composites that outperform metals and other materials across a wide range of capital‑goods applications.

We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst II with strong experience in metrology and inspection techniques to join our quality assurance team. This role requires hands‑on use of precision measurement tools and CMMs, as well as the ability to interpret results and ensure product compliance.

• Perform inspections using precision measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, optical comparators, etc.)
• Independently conduct inspections with minimal supervision.
• Interpret and apply GD&T to inspection activities.
• Operate and interpret results from Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
• Make minor edits to CMM programs as needed.
• Conduct AS9102 First Article Inspections (FAIs) and complete related documentation.
• Document non‑conforming product in accordance with company directives.
• Summarize quality control data and report results to management.
• Support a culture of safety and quality excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of metrology and measurement techniques.
• Experience with inspection tools and GD&T.
• Familiarity with AS9102 FAI requirements.
• CMM programming or editing experience is a plus.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.

• The hourly range for this position is $24 – $30. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job‑related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
