Position OverviewWe’re seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing GI team. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional pre- and post-procedure care in a modern, patient-focused outpatient setting — without the stress of hospital shifts or on-call hours.

What You’ll Do- Welcome and prepare patients for procedures, reviewing histories and ensuring comfort every step of the way.
- Start IVs, administer medications, and monitor patients through sedation and recovery.
- Provide clear, confident, and compassionate patient education for post-procedure care.
- Partner closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, and fellow nurses to keep workflow smooth and efficient.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation while supporting ongoing quality and safety initiatives.
- A skilled, confident RN who brings both competence and compassion to patient care.
- Energized by a collaborative environment where teamwork, humor, and mutual respect drive success.
- Comfortable in a dynamic outpatient setting, able to multitask while keeping patient safety top of mind.
- A great communicator who can put patients at ease and explain care clearly.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience, ideally in GI, PACU, pre/post-op, or ambulatory surgery
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Flexibility to work between our Libertyville and Northbrook locations
- Competitive pay: $38 – $45/hour (based on experience)
- No on-call responsibilities
- Option for a 4-day work week with limited Saturdays
