As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be the backbone of our Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plans, conducting assessments, leading inter‑disciplinary teams, and advocating for their wellbeing.

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated RN professionals to join our friendly, supportive team. Our goal is to provide personalized care in a boutique, hotel‑like environment, and to invest in the professional growth of our staff.

• Provide high‑quality nursing care aligned with each resident’s care plan.

• Conduct comprehensive resident assessments.

• Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.

• Advocate for resident comfort, safety, and dignity.

• Minimum: an unencumbered State of Illinois RN license.

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
