Join our 36-bed Oncology/General Surgical Unit at Advocate Condell Medical Center, where you will find a supportive, collaborative and engaged team dedicated to patient safety and providing compassionate care. Our team consists of New Graduate RNs through 30+ years of experience and Nursing Assistants with varying experience.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Apply evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• All RNs are required to obtain Chemotherapy Administration Certification within 1 year.
