Role Description

This is a full-time remote / hybrid role for a Vice President of Global Sales  role is preferably based in Libertyville, IL but the right candidate can work remotely. The Vice President of Global Sales will be responsible for driving domestic and international sales, managing the sales team, overseeing sales operations, managing key accounts, developing and implementation of Global go-to-market strategy, and helping set the strategic direction of the business.

The role involves strategic planning, leading a global sales team, and ensuring sales targets are met.

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and adapt to global market trends
  • Experience working with or in technology or hardware sectors
  • Direct industry experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
