Inmar Intelligence is seeking a Supervisor, Physical Security to safeguard the assets, personnel, and operations of our organization. This role involves planning, oversight, and coordination of the physical security operations of the facility as well as monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing enterprise-wide physical security measures. Under the direction of the Director, Physical Security, the supervisor will partner with others to provide a thorough onboarding process and continued training of the security team.

- Ensures all shifts are effectively staffed and selects and directs security personnel.
- Manages control documents, reports, forms and logs.
- Conducts regular team and 1:1 meetings for policy enforcement and coaching.
- Develops and facilitates security training and communication programs.
- Conducts assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Analyzes risks and threats to update protocols and develop mitigation strategies.
- Identifies opportunities to drive innovation and improvement with new technologies.
- Administers access control systems and monitors audit logs for compliance.
- Investigates and resolves access‑related incidents.
- Operates and maintains CCTV, alarms, and other surveillance systems.
- Monitors real‑time feeds, responds to suspicious activities and alarms.
- Reviews recorded footage and manages help‑ticket systems for security incidents.
- Develops and implements incident response plans and coordinates with law enforcement and emergency services.
- Creates incident reports using case management software and conducts post‑incident analysis.
- Evaluates inventory control records and practices to protect against loss and diversion.
- Detects anomalies and leads investigations to eliminate security threats.
- Provides awareness training to employees and contractors and promotes a culture of security.
- Conducts drills and exercises to test preparedness.
- Maintains accurate records of incidents, investigations and reports.
- Documents and implements security policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Generates reports for management and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborates with security vendors and contractors to ensure system effectiveness.
- Stays updated on relevant security regulations and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice or related discipline; advanced degrees and certifications such as CPP®, PCI®, PSP® desirable.
- 3+ years of proven experience in corporate physical security, law enforcement or related field.
- Familiarity with security technologies: access control, CCTV, alarm systems and incident response tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, self‑starter with urgency and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to triage multiple competing priorities.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry best practices.

Hiring Range: $65,748.38 – $ USD Annual. The final offer may vary based on geographic location, skills, education, certifications and experience. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses, equity grants, sign‑on bonuses and other incentives.
