Location: Walsall
Start Date: 14th August
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Duration: Initially 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a project based in Walsall
, starting on 14th August
.

The role will be working on the kitchen and bathroom stream
, liaising with residents and supporting the smooth delivery of planned works. You will act as the main point of contact for residents, ensuring they are kept informed throughout the process and that any queries or concerns are handled professionally.

• Liaising with residents before, during and after works
• Supporting the delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
• Booking appointments and providing updates to residents
• Handling queries, complaints and general communication
• Working closely with site teams to ensure works are delivered smoothly
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

• Previous experience in a similar Resident Liaison Officer role
• Experience working within social housing, planned maintenance or refurbishment would be beneficial
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and site teams
• A basic DBS check will be required

This is an initial 6-week contract
, with the possibility of being extended.
