Colmore Education Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated QTS Geography Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in the Lichfield area. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who can bring the world to life in the classroom and inspire students to think critically about the environment, society, and global change.
Role Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Plan, assess, and track pupil progress in line with curriculum standards
- Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Support students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential
- Contribute to the wider school community and Humanities department
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Strong subject knowledge in Geography
- Ability to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
- Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
