Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 08:45 - 12:45)

Grade: 3 SCP 4

FTE Salary: £25,185.00

Fixed Term end: 31/08/26

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring person to join our Nursery team, working alongside the Nursery Lead during morning sessions (8:45am to 12:45). This role will focus on providing high-quality care and learning opportunities for our youngest children as the provision continues to grow.

• Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for Nursery children during afternoon sessions.
• Support children’s play, learning, and social development in line with their individual needs.
• Contribute to planning and delivering engaging, age‑appropriate activities in partnership with the Nursery Lead.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to strengthen home–school links.
• Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, and independence in line with school policies.

• A relevant Level 3 childcare/early years qualification is desirable.
• Paediatric First Aid training is highly desirable/necessary. (If not already held, the successful candidate will be supported to complete this training.)
• Additional training in safeguarding, behaviour management, or SEND support would be an advantage.
