Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate EYFS / Nursery Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Lichfield from Easter through to the end of the academic year.

This is a full teaching role (full 360 responsibility), ideal for someone confident in planning, assessment, and delivering engaging early years provision.

• Full class responsibility within EYFS
• Planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA time provided)
• Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons in line with EYFS framework
• Supporting children's development across all areas of learning
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience within EYFS settings
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Little Wandle Phonics experience is highly desirable
• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
