• Provide practical,solutions-focusedguidancetomanagersonemployeerelationsmatters,includingperformancemanagement,absence,conduct,grievance,andpolicyinterpretation,ensuringadviceisconsistentwithcompanypolicies,employment law,undertheguidanceofthe

• Manageemployeerelationscasework(disciplinary,grievance,capability,absencemanagementetc,),includingco-ordinatingmeetings,preparingdocumentation,gatheringevidence,liaisingwithinternalstakeholders,andensuringaccurate,GDPR-compliantrecordkeeping.
• Demonstrateastrongworkingknowledgeofemploymentlaw,applyingiteffectivelytocaseworkandpolicyadvice,andkeepingabreastoflegalupdatestoensurecompliance.
• Assistthe Regional People Partner with HRprojectdelivery,contributingtoinitiativesthatsupportemployeeengagement,organisationalchange,andcompanyculture.
