HR Advisor

HR Advisor | Lichfield Based (Hybrid) - Parking on site | £30,000 per annum + benefits

A highly reputable and people focused organisation based near Lichfield are seeking a proactive, confident and adaptable HR Advisor to join their close knit HR team on a full time, permanent basis. Working closely with all managers, senior leaders and employees you will provide full generalist support and advice to all employees. You will have a strong advisory background, including managing of your own ER caseloads alongside experience of the wider employee lifecycle.

This is a full time, permanent and hybrid role with parking available on site.

Day to day duties may include:

Delivering expert guidance and coaching managers and colleagues on all things Employee Relations
Managing complex casework and attending hearings and meetings
Supporting ACAS conciliations and Employment Tribunal claims
Assisting with TUPEs, restructure and redundancies
Assisting with all things onboarding and offboarding

The successful candidate will have their CIPD qualification or similar alongside a strong and up to date employment law knowledge. You will have had experience of working as a HR Generalist/Advisor in a busy, fast paced and evolving business. You will have strong communication and relationship building skills alongside a flexible approach to work.
