Business Intelligence Developer

We’re looking for an experienced BI Developer / Analyst to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our BI capability as we scale, working with modern tools including Microsoft Power BI, DAX, SQL and Microsoft Fabric
.

• Designing and developing high‑quality Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic models
• Building reliable, scalable data models to support self‑service analytics
• Using strong DAX and SQL skills to prepare and shape data
• Supporting ETL/ELT processes and ensuring accurate, timely data for reporting
• Implementing and maintaining secure, governed BI solutions (including RLS)
• Working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into insight
• Helping to drive a data‑driven culture across the organisation

• Proven experience developing Power BI models, dashboards and reports
• Strong DAX, SQL and data visualisation capability
• Experience with data modelling, ETL/ELT and cloud‑based analytics (Azure/Fabric)
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical colleagues

experience with other BI tools (Qlik/Tableau/SSRS), Alteryx, or experience in health/social care.
