Essential Experience Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Executive, Marketing Executive, or similar role. Experience using content management systems such as Word Press and/or Drupal. Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and digital reporting tools. Good understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices. Experience working with customer data, reporting systems, and marketing platforms. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and optimise marketing workflows.
Desirable Experience
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Knowledge of workflow automation tools. Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Experience managing website development projects or working with external web agencies. Previous experience within a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities Website Management & Optimisation Maintain and update company websites using Word Press and Drupal. Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards. Support website enhancements and new functionality. Monitor website performance and recommend improvements. Campaigns & Lead Generation Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Create and optimise content to drive engagement and lead generation.
Assist with SEO initiatives to improve online visibility. Digital Performance Track and analyse website and campaign performance using digital reporting tools. Produce reports and dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities. Marketing Systems & Automation Support CRM, PIM, marketing automation, and other digital platforms. Assist with data management, customer segmentation, and automated marketing journeys. Help improve workflows through automation and system integration.
Marketing Operations Provide general support across the marketing function. Update presentations and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud. Prepare digital assets for campaigns, exhibitions, and customer communications.
