One Advanced is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the 24x7 Operations team, delivering second-line support across Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365. You will be resolving incidents, handling changes, and performing patching and maintenance in a structured, ITIL-aligned environment.
The role requires supporting multiple customer environments, collaborating with Senior Engineers, and maintaining documentation within Service Now. Eligibility for UK SC clearance is required.
