In this role, you’ll be involved in the complete frame production process, including measuring, cutting, assembly, and inspection. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key part in ensuring high‑quality production and timely deliveries. • Measuring frame moulding and glass / composite accurately
• Operating machinery (including the moulding saw, Excalibur vertical cutter, and Alpha underpinner)
• Artwork frame assembly and final inspection
• Manual material handling and stocktaking
• Wrapping and packaging frames for delivery

• Positive, can‑do attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new skills
• Flexibility with working hours and availability for overtime (including Saturday AM)
• Reliability and ability to work accurately at pace
• Team player with a collaborative mindset

Ideal Background:

Experience in Production, Assembly, Manufacturing, Woodwork, Machinery, or Carpentry / Joinery would be beneficial.
