PRODUCTION OPERATIVE – 12 Month Fixed Term

We’re looking for a Production Operative to join us on a fixed term basis for 12 months. The hours are 7.30am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Autosmart - This is Who We Are

Our Production Operative will:

• Set filling machines to product weight specifications
• Fill containers with products to daily production schedules
• Wrap and pack products securely on to pallets
• Stock control and rotation
• Assist in the labelling production process
• Update company IT systems
• Promote and follow safety first company values
• Contribute towards continuous business improvements

About you:

• A minimum of 12 months’ production experience
• Positive nature with a strong work ethic
• Takes pride in your work – want to make a difference
• Self‑motivated and able to work using your own initiative
• Enjoy a routine, quality focused role
• Flexible approach to support the team
• Able to communicate and build working relationships
• Previous experience of operating mechanical handling equipment, including powered pedestrian pallet trucks and counterbalance forklift trucks would be an advantage but is not essential.
