The Role
We're looking for a commercially minded National Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key retail customers, driving sales growth, profitability and long-term partnerships across both branded and own-label products.
Working closely with teams across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Category, you'll help deliver customer plans, identify new commercial opportunities and support the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Build and develop strong relationships with key retail customers.
Deliver sales, volume and profit targets across your customer portfolio.
Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to drive sustainable growth.
Plan and execute promotional activity with retail customers.
Coordinate New Product Development (NPD) and product launches.
Produce accurate sales forecasts and manage account budgets.
Analyse performance and identify commercial opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer delivery.
Drive distribution, market share and profitability.
About You
You'll have:
Experience working within an FMCG environment.
Experience working with UK grocery retailers.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good analytical skills, with experience using data to support commercial decisions.
A proactive, organised and results driven approach.
