Marks & Spencer is opening a brand-new Lichfield Distribution Centre in early 2027 and is recruiting permanent, full-time Team Managers to join our team. Roles include day and night shifts on a 12-hour shift pattern, two-week rotating schedule, and a focus on coaching and development.
As Team Manager you'll lead colleagues, drive productivity and safety, and partner with Shift Managers to plan resources. We value customer-centric delivery and a proactive, hands-on leadership style.
