VNA Forklift Operative

212 Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced VNA Forklift Driver to join our busy and well-established client based in Lichfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking to join a supportive team within a fast-paced distribution environment.

The Role:

As a VNA Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout the warehouse while supporting the wider operation to achieve daily targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating a VNA Forklift Truck safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment

* Moving, locating and storing stock accurately within designated warehouse locations

* Loading, unloading and replenishing stock as required

* Supporting stock control processes and inventory checks

* Completing daily pre-use vehicle inspections and reporting any defects

* Maintaining high standards of health, safety and housekeeping

* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve productivity and service targets

* Assisting with general warehouse duties where required

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience operating a VNA Forklift Truck within a warehouse environment

* A valid external VNA licence/certificate is advantageous

* Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team

* Positive attitude with a flexible approach to work

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm
