Convalere AG in Liestal sucht eine/n Sachbearbeiter In Fallführung Asyl zur selbstständigen Fallaufnahme, Prüfung von Ansprüchen und individuellen Integrationsplänen. Sie beraten Klienten, koordinieren Termine und arbeiten eng mit Gemeinden sowie kantonalen Stellen zusammen.
Sie bringen eine kaufmännische oder soziale Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in Fallführung;
Kenntnisse im Asylbereich sowie idealerweise KLIB sind von Vorteil.
