Founded in 1938, Wilcox Medical Center is a not-for-profit medical center dedicated to providing the Kaua‘i community with accessible quality health care. The Imaging department at Wilcox Health, recently named the Wilcox Family Imaging Center, is a full-service department providing routine and specialized imaging and/or therapeutic procedures for inpatient, outpatient and emergency patients. The department is staffed seven days a week, 24-hours-a-day. Board-certified physician radiologists provide quality care and timely interpretation of radiographic procedures. Services provided include General Radiology (X-rays), Computerized Axial Tomography (CAT or CT scan), Ultrasound, Digital Mammography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Nuclear medicine, Echocardiography and Bone Densitometry.

As the CT Technologist, you will help the Imaging Services department provide quality diagnostic services and care for patients and their families. Your responsibilities include performing computed tomography scans on patients, while working closely with physicians and other hospital staff to ensure that this imaging technology is seamlessly integrated into quality patient care plans. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of technical and clinical procedure, outstanding communication and patient care skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications: Must meet education requirements for Hawaii state licensing. Current Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card. One (1) year Radiologic Technologist or related experience.

Preferred: Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT)(R) with the Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT). Registered CT Technologist with the ARRT. One (1) year CT Technologist experience.
