Dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to elevate Hale Hokuala visibility, build brand moments, drive demand through innovative, results‑oriented strategies.

• Support Director of Sales & Marketing in all marketing planning, execution, budget management, and performance analysis.
• Develop, execute, and measure integrated marketing plans (branding, positioning, digital, print, collateral, video/ photography).
• Manage eCommerce, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns; analyze performance and adjust strategies.
• Coordinate creative development, media placement, production timelines, and agency relationships.
• Maintain website content, third‑party site imagery, and legal/security requirements.
• Prepare campaign reports, executive committee presentations, and monthly marketing activity reports.
• Provide business plan analysis, special projects, and trade/business event participation as needed.

• Mid‑senior level experience in hospitality or global brand marketing.
• Strong project management, budget oversight, and multi‑project prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, eCommerce, paid media, SEO/SEM, email, and social media platforms.
• Storytelling ability, adaptable to seasonality, and strong communication skills.
