Looking for a family medicine provider (NP/APRN) that is looking to live in the beautiful Lihue, Hawaii which is located in the island of Kaua'i.

For workload our employees enjoy a very balanced schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with no nights or weekends. Employees also receive at least one paid holiday per month, plus their birthday.... this is all in addition to the 3+ weeks paid time off. Starts at 3 weeks, at Year 2 increases to 4+weeks and up to 6 weeks with tenure.

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with standard medical practice and maintain required licensure and certifications.
• Coordinate, support, train, and supervise clinic staff, students, residents, and other health professionals as assigned.
• Participate in QI/QA activities and collaborate with staff to promote continuous quality improvement.
• Support and supervise programs and projects in coordination with the Medical Director.
• Assist the Medical Director in developing and implementing clinic goals, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and quality-of-care standards.
• Work assigned clinic hours, meet productivity expectations, and complete timely documentation in the EMR.
• Provide coverage across clinics as needed and participate in limited after-hours call coverage.
