• Maintains grounds of the property, including lawns, walkways, flower beds, walls, shrubs, and trees.
• Operates vehicles and powered equipment (mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, golf cars, etc.) and uses hand tools as needed.
• Provides proper care, water, and nutrients for flora and fauna; mixes and applies fertilizers, herbicides or insecticides as directed.
• Maintains sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, and other ground features; prunes shrubs and trees to shape and promote growth.
• Repairs fences, gates, walls, and walks; cleans drainage, grates, inlets, ditches, and culverts.
• Plants grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs as directed; assists in maintaining drainage, irrigation, and watering systems.
• Gathers and removes litter; attends staff meetings and trainings to stay current with technical and landscaping innovations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
High school degree AND three (3) to six (6) months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver’s license.

Knowledge of / Required Skills
Machines and tools, controlling operations of equipment or systems; ability to communicate professionally; ability to comprehend instructions and apply general instructions; manual dexterity and coordination; and related physical abilities as described below.

• Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner with guests and employees.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and use manuals or diagrams.
• Arm-Hand Steadiness;
  Multilimb Coordination;
  Manual Dexterity.

The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met to perform the essential functions. Reasonable accommodations may be made. Duties require regular walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50–75 pounds. Exposure to outside weather; occasional exposure to moving parts, fumes, or airborne particles. Moderate to loud noise levels at times.
