SummaryUnder the direction of the F & B Manager, is responsible to communicate, process and expedite guest orders to the culinary team in the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of meals while providing quality service to owners, guests and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner maintaining or exceeding the company standards.

Provide exceptional service by ensuring that food items are correctly delivered to customersTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and/or skill required.
Education And Experience- Minimum of six months of food and beverage experience
- Prior experience in customer service
- Policies and procedures of the department
- Customer service principles and practices
- Ability to speak and read the English language
- Applicable laws, codes and regulations
- Policies and procedures of the department
- Using initiative and independent judgment within established procedural guidelines.
- Contributing effectively to the accomplishment of team or work unit goals, objectives and activities
- Dealing successfully with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, ethnic and cultural backgrounds
- Multitasking while paying attention to detail and completing tasks in a timely manner
- Basic math skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Safe work practices and sanitation related to food preparation and service
- Inventory and record keeping principles and practices
- Customer principles and practices
