Licensed Sales Executive (32.50 Hourly Rate, Up to $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus)

As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will assist in providing our owners/guests with experiences and events that create memorable vacation memories.

• Base wage: $14 per hour with production pay (annual range $102,576–$325,179 for Kauai Beach Club 2024)
• Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus: $5,000 after 45 days, $5,000 after 6 months of employment
• Additional $2,000 bonus after 90 days for new hires
• Commission (New Hire Training Pay)

• Answer owner questions regarding property use and location amenities; make recommendations based on discovery.
• Follow up on referrals and leads from owners.
• Fulfill requests for pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio information.
• Contact owners to monitor satisfaction, inform them of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities such as reloads and referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer contact records to support effective follow‑up.

• Welcome and greet all guests and anticipate their needs.
• Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

• Minimum 1‑year recent sales experience in the timeshare industry.
• Hawaii resident with a valid Hawaii real‑estate license; must maintain active license in good standing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Background and drug screening required.
• Physical capability: reach overhead, below the knees; perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and stand/sit/walk for extended periods.
