Hourly Rate: $20.00/hr, plus commission, and up to $300/week additional training pay for the first 10 weeks only. Position is based at Marriott's Kauai Beach Club.

, you will assist in providing our owners and guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories and meaningful moments together.

• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentation and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals and always follow company policies and safety procedures.

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
