Part-time/Casual Vacation Services Coordinator – Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club

Hourly Rate: $20.00/hr + commission + up to $300/week additional training pay for the first 10 weeks.

Position Based at Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club.

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

• Welcomes and greets guests; anticipates and addresses their needs.
• Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contributes to team goals.
• Always follows company policies and safety procedures.

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoys interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Physically capable of reaching overhead and below the knees, performing bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and standing, sitting, or walking for an extended period of time.
