Sales Representative, Sales Development Rep/SDR, Sales Associate/Assistant
Manages sales campaigns with the goal of scheduling appointments for sales to enhance productivity or gaining business through direct quotes and follow-ups. Assesses customer satisfaction with MTG products and services via surveys and provides insights to address concerns. Collaborates closely with SBU Sales Leaders, Sales, Corporate Marketing, and Customer Service.
Position Accountabilities- High School diploma or prior experience in outbound calling, inside sales, outside sales, or marketing is desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for explaining information to customers and colleagues.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to learn MTG’s business, products, organizational structure, and transaction systems.
- Proficient telephone communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Frequent standing, moving, reaching, handling, and constant talking and hearing, with occasional sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.
