Join the Allstate Insurance Agency - Miriam Vega team as an Office Assistant/Marketing & Telemarketing Support! You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations while helping us connect with our clients through effective marketing and telemarketing strategies.

Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.

Support marketing initiatives by creating engaging content for social media and email campaigns.

Conduct telemarketing outreach to potential clients and follow up on leads.

Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for the agency team.

Prepare reports on marketing performance and client feedback.

Collaborate with team members to develop new marketing strategies.

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients over the phone and in person.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

Experience in marketing or telemarketing is an advantage.
