Job Title: Automotive "C" Technician / Mechanic

Location: Onsite - Lilburn, MA

Employment Type: Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Compensation: $20/hr + Full Benefit Package + Tool package

Overview

We want you to be a part of our team—you’ll work with some of the largest fleet companies in America and gain hands‑on experience with 209 unique vehicle models. This role is ideal for recent auto‑tech graduates, automotive repair professionals, and maintenance specialists.

• Identify, order, and maintain correct supplies and parts for vehicle service.
• Use hand tools, chemicals, and shop equipment safely.
• Perform mechanical repairs: oil changes, tire changes, rotations, battery installations, air filter replacements, light bulb replacements, windshield wiper exchanges.
• Conduct inspections: tire, brake (visual), underbody damage, suspension shake‑downs.
• Follow Flexcar SOPs and 5S standards.
• Verify work orders for accuracy of work performed and parts installed.
• Use internal technology systems to complete daily assignments.
• Assist in onboarding new associates and provide support to peers and managers.
• Complete work within standardized cycle times.

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Capacity to carry tools and supplies up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• 2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred (not required).
• 18 years of age or older.

• Priority PT and Sick days: 80–120 hrs PTO, 60 hrs sick.
