Account Manager - Landscape Maintenance

Key Responsibilities- Recruit, lead and build an effective team.
- Manage a portfolio with an understanding of P&L for targeted gross profit.
- Identify opportunities for landscape improvements and promotion of enhancement sales.
- Understand customer needs and expectations and manage a sustainable landscape plan.
- Drive quality and efficiency within operations teams.
- Manage crews within budgetary man‑hours.
- Proficient in job costing, budget management and forecasting.
- Estimate maintenance job costs for bid proposals.
- Maintain high level of customer service while sustaining relationships.
- Manage production schedule for assigned crews.
- Provide a safe work environment and align with company safety policies.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of operating equipment and preventative maintenance.
- Strong oral, communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service and management‑related experience.
- Preferred: A degree in Agribusiness, Horticulture or Business Management.
