The Manufacturing Team Lead directly supports our Florist manufacturing operations and actively participates with the site operations leadership to align safety, quality, training, productivity, and engineering goals within the operations crews. Qualifications
- Provides technical troubleshooting support for all coating operations.
- Provides consistent performance feedback to manufacturing employees.
- Facilitates and delegates training for their crew to support training goals set by the training team lead.
- Follows standard training processes as set by the train the trainer program.
- Leads Lean Daily Management (LDM) Activities.
- Supports communication between production shifts.
- Acts as the point of contact for any crew related safety, quality, training, productivity, or engineering needs.
- Manages work through processes.
- Identifies, communicates and follows through on gaps in procedures, work instructions, and product specifications.
- Actively communicates with site leadership to have aligned day to day goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
