Assistant Manager

About the Role

We are one of the largest national gasoline and convenience retailers, with over 1,700 stores across 27 states. We are hiring immediately for Part‑time Assistant Store Managers (up to 40 hours per week).

• Daily pay – work today, get paid tomorrow (easy access to a portion of earned wages after completed shifts)
• Store commissions – paid monthly

• Assisting customers and providing excellent service
• Operating the cash register
• Restocking merchandise and maintaining store appearance
• Supporting the Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations

• Entry‑level management role; no prior management experience required – comprehensive leadership training will be provided.
• Must meet the minimum age requirements for the state in which the store is located: 18+ years overall; 19 in Indiana; 20 in Kentucky; 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah.
