• Drive and operate a large box truck
• Provide outstanding customer service to donors and customers
• Build safe and efficient truckloads of donations following operational standards
• Help develop donation box sites and routes
• Maintain donation sites and routes according to protocols
• Work safely in loading and unloading trucks
• Work in various weather conditions

• At least 25 years old
• 2+ years of driving a box truck or similar vehicle
• Valid state driver’s license
• Pass DOT physical and meet medical requirements
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Willing to submit to background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, push, pull, and climb stairs

• High School Degree, GED, or equivalent experience
